For an artist's music video, you bring your track and you hold the rights to it. For an aftermovie or a brand film, I use royalty-free music included in the price. If you want a specific commercial track, the licence is on you.
I remain the copyright holder, as French intellectual property law provides. The Social, Performance clip, Aftermovie, Live capture and Artist clip packages let you publish on your own channels. Anywhere in Guadeloupe. Travel is included within 30 km of Le Gosier. Beyond that — including Marie-Galante, Les Saintes and Saint-Martin — it is quoted per project.
Every project gets a named quote, valid 30 days. The date is held on a 30% deposit, credited against the final price. The balance is due on delivery. Bank transfer, cash or secure online payment.
For outdoor shoots I offer a reschedule if the weather compromises the result or the safety of the gear. Rescheduling costs nothing — no fee, no penalty.
